For Teams & Organisations

During the session, participants will be guided through herd observations and reflection, as well as creative exercises.

Who This is For:

For organisations and teams who feel that the way they work individually and as a team matters more than just their productivity.

Observing the Herd

Leadership in the Herd

What To Expect:

  • Understand what energy is and how it affects us and those around us

  • Body Scan before entering the field

  • Quiet observation, presence, and time in nature

  • Every day is different within the herd, so we will observe, reflect, and converse about what we witness

The Art of Letting Go

Creativity as a Pillar of Wellness & Work
"Letting Go" is a Necessary Quality and Practice, and How that Relates to Leadership and Teamwork

We will explore creativity and how important it is to the workplace, as well as do some creative practices, leaning into the "art of letting go."

What To Expect:

  • Explore ideas like flow state, limitations, and letting go

  • Two creative exercises to bring us into the moment as well as exercise the concepts we explore

Optimal Outline:

Due to the nature of Scottish weather and animals, we do not stick to a strict outline and allow the day to unfold as needed, but this is the general outline that will guide us for the day:

How This Day Can Benefit Your Team:

Even though the full day is designed around releasing expectations and no outcomes, you will definitely take some wisdom and experience away from this day with the animals and creativity.

How Your Energy Affects You AND Those Around You

Creativity for Personal Wellness

Creativity for Problem Solving

When we observe horses in healthy herds, we can uncover ways in which our own teams can discover more flexibility and balance of control. Horses do not succumb to the normal dominance hierarchies like we are taught to believe, there is more complexity and fluidity than that.

Horses are masters at setting boundaries and can teach us how to energetically and physically set healthy boundaries for clearer, more direct communication– allowing for less misunderstandings or frustrations. They also can show us how to be congruent with our inner emotions and how we express them outwardly (being truthful with our whole being).

When we understand our own energy and emotions, we can see how this directly affects those around us in the workplace and at home, the more honest and coherent we are within ourselves, we can show up as better communicators and colleagues.
