Booking Terms and Conditions

We understand that things happen and every situation is different, but to ensure the safety, responsibility, and understanding for all parties, the terms and conditions are outlined below.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, 
Refunds

  • Booking a date for your event is subject to a £50 Non refundable deposit. (50% for corporate events)
     

  • We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
     

  • If you cancel your booking 4 weeks or more before your event, we will offer one reschedule, with a new non refundable £50 deposit required to secure the second date. 
     

  • If you then go on to cancel your rescheduled date, you will be subject to the payment terms below, and any rescheduled or future bookings will then require a £100 non refundable deposit.
     

  • If you cancel your booking within 4 weeks but over 1 week from your event, 50% of the balance for your event will be due, plus an additional £50 non refundable deposit to secure a rescheduled date should you so wish.
     

  • If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your event, 75% of the balance will be due, plus an additional £50 non refundable deposit to secure a rescheduled date should you so wish.
     

  • If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your event, full payment of the balance will be due, plus an additional £50 non refundable deposit to secure a rescheduled date should you so wish.
     

  • If we have to cancel your booking last minute due to animal emergencies or extreme weather causing safety concerns, we will offer you a free reschedule.

Safety & Responsibility

  • If you book Space Hire only then your guests will not be permitted to enter the animal paddocks.
     

  • You will receive safety waivers on payment of the final balance.  You must ensure each guest completes and returns these in advance to allow admission on the day.
     

  • Your time on site and all animal interactions are at your own risk, we can accept no responsibility for accident, injury or damage which may occur during or after the time you and your guests are on site.
     

  • You are responsible for the conduct of your guests at all times.  If any guest behaves inappropriately they must leave immediately with no refunds.
     

  • We will share your event on our social media and website, but we are not responsible for marketing your event or ensuring you sell enough spaces to cover your costs.
     

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you and your guests arrive in no more than 5 cars between you.  Please encourage and help facilitate ride sharing.
